Why Choose Us?
Consultancy
Services
We offer expert advice and tailored solutions to help duty holders achieve and maintain full compliance with the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012. Whatever your needs, we guide you every step of the way.
Surveying
Services
We offer a comprehensive range of surveying services to help identify and manage asbestos risks in your property or premises, carried out in full compliance with HSE guidance. Your reports will be delivered promptly, and always within 10 working days. Our consultants can offer guidance on which type of asbestos survey is required, whilst carefully considering any immediate or future refurbishment or redevelopment projects planned.
Purpose: Routine Maintenance and Management
An Asbestos Management Survey is a legal requirement for those responsible for managing non-domestic premises. Its primary purpose is to locate asbestos containing materials (ACMs) that could be disturbed during normal occupancy and routine maintenance. Unlike fully intrusive surveys, this survey involves a combination of visual inspections and minor intrusive work, to include the sampling of suspect materials.
Samples collected will be securely sent to an independent AAM approved supplier for subsequent analysis. The laboratory will hold UKAS accreditation for Bulk Sample Analysis using Polarised Light Microscopy based on HSE Guidance HSG248 Asbestos: The Analysts Guide.
Once the survey has been completed, we will provide a comprehensive report detailing the location, type and condition of any confirmed ACMs identified.
Purpose: Redevelopment / Upgrade Projects and Demolition
An Asbestos Refurbishment and Demolition Survey is designed to locate all asbestos containing materials (ACMs) in areas where major refurbishment or demolition work has been proposed. This survey typically involves significant intrusive work, as asbestos may be hidden behind walls, floors, or other structures. Our survey will identify ACMs likely to be disturbed during planned works to ensure they can be safely removed, minimising the risk during your projects.
Once the survey has been completed, we will provide a comprehensive report detailing the type, location and extent of any ACMs identified.
Asbestos removal project management services are also available to assist you in completing the project on time and within your budget.
Purpose: Follow-Up Condition and Compliance
An Asbestos Reinspection Survey is completed at least annually after an initial Management Survey, to inform the duty holder as to whether the condition of previously identified asbestos containing materials (ACMs) has deteriorated. This survey type forms part of your ongoing responsibility to manage the risk of asbestos exposure and ensure compliance in accordance with current legislation.
Once the survey has been completed, we will provide a comprehensive report detailing any changes to known ACMs and, where applicable, update the recommended management and control measures accordingly.
Incident
Management
When an asbestos incident occurs, quick, informed action is crucial. Our incident management services cover everything from emergency response and containment to risk assessment and reporting.
Proper documentation and reporting are essential for regulatory compliance and future risk prevention. Our Asbestos Incident Reporting service provides a structured and detailed report on any asbestos-related event, including findings, risk assessments, control measures taken, and recommendations for ongoing management. We ensure that all reports meet legal and industry requirements, helping clients maintain compliance while having a clear record of the incident for insurance, legal, or operational purposes.
Asbestos incidents may require formal reporting to government authorities or industry regulators. This service will help clients navigate compliance requirements and prepare necessary documentation to ensure all obligations are met.
